Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of merchandising programs and maintain quality
standards across club locations
Leverage data to assess sales performance and implement
improvements in operational efficiency
Develop team members' skills and foster a culture of continuous
improvement in fresh operations
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations
management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
and technologies
Previous experience in perishable goods merchandising and
operations is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
