Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Platform Engineering
(Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a specialized engineering team providing direct technical
support and issue resolution
Drive operational improvements and collaborate with engineering
teams on bug fixes and enhancements
Oversee engineering support workflows and mentor team members to
foster continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as an Operations and/or Engineering Manager
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best
practices
Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and coordinate
cross-functional problem-solving efforts
Experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and
service reliability strategies
Strong understanding of software development and system operations
