A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Fulfillment
Experience (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize the
customer experience and order information communication
Build and evolve customer journey maps to reflect operational
processes and customer support flows
Maintain a strategic roadmap of improvement opportunities and lead
the execution of initiatives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations, product, or e-commerce roles
focused on customer experience
Experience collaborating with product and/or engineering teams
Proven ability to interpret data to identify trends and optimize
processes
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
Ability to work in ambiguity and drive outcomes through effective
collaboration
