Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Specialist to
enhance workforce understanding and support data-driven
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate people data into
strategic recommendations and maintain scalable analytics
solutions
Design and maintain core metrics for monitoring workforce health
and effectiveness of people programs
Develop dashboards and visualizations to make complex data
accessible and actionable for business leaders
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data, or a similar
field
Strong analytical and statistical skills applicable to
people-related challenges
Experience enabling business leaders to understand and act on
people data
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational or non-relational
databases
Ability and/or willingness to use the company's product
