Recruit, onboard, and train team members while promoting effective

Required Qualifications
7+ years of software development experience, including 3 years in a
leadership role
Experience in people management and leading remote teams
Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and
development processes
Advanced level of English
