Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Center Operations Analyst -
Mainframe Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage MVS zSeries and VM/VSE environments to meet
service levels
Document incidents and escalate events impacting service levels
Ensure system maintenance, backups, and operation changes are
performed and documented properly
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience, or
an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work
experience
2+ years of experience in IT and system monitoring
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of mainframe technologies (TSO, SDSF, TMS, QuickRef) and
server scripts
Ability to work independently and represent the company
professionally
