Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve a queue of work related to revenue cycle
success within specified timeframes
Identify trends through observation and investigation, escalating
opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain expert subject matter knowledge to support
clients and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-4 years of professional
experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on work efficiency and quality
Collaborative mindset with a desire for subject matter
expertise
Critical thinking skills and process improvement orientation
