Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Oversight (TriZetto
Facets).
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities related to process enhancements and
automation opportunities
Engage in new product implementations and ensure timely processing
of claims
Supervise staff, including quality reviews, training, and
performance feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work/education
experience
Minimum three (3) years of claims processing experience in an HMO
or related industry
Minimum two (2) years of data analysis experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
Leadership experience in claims processing via TriZetto Facets is
highly preferred
