Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect
(Remote Based).
Key Responsibilities
Review architectural decisions and provide technical leadership in
implementing and maintaining ServiceNow modules
Drive timely resolution of production issues and optimize
performance while mentoring the team
Collaborate with business and IT partners to ensure best practices
and governance in ServiceNow implementations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD,
GRC, and custom applications
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and hands-on experience
with ITIL process implementation
Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS
Experience in leading operations projects and handling client
interactions
Ability to create and modify workflows and manage data migration
into ServiceNow
