Job Description:

From Yankton to Irene, Wakonda and Beresford, from Marion to Sioux Falls, & from Brandon to Brookings, we are Interim HealthCare!Job Duties May Include:

• PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
• Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake, if applicable
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, if applicable
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
• Work with the facility staffto ensure a patients care plan is followedand notifysupervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipmentWhat do we offer?
