Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Support Agent to
assist with incident review processes and support safety
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer escalations and safety issues, ensuring accurate
documentation and data entry
Act as a liaison between internal and external teams to coordinate
investigation efforts and follow-up
Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process
improvement and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ year in claims support, safety support, customer service, or
investigations role
Degree in business, communications, or liberal arts
Experience with systems data entry
Familiarity with technology and internal systems
