A company is looking for a Dean of Business and Professional
Studies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide curricular leadership and oversee the development and
review of academic programs
Manage faculty recruitment, development, and evaluations while
ensuring adequate support for programs
Lead academic administration, including class scheduling,
technology integration, and external engagement
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field
Significant experience in academic leadership and
administration
Proven track record in curriculum development and program
management
Experience with faculty management and professional development
Strong fiscal management skills and experience in resource
allocation
