Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Process scheduling work assignments efficiently while adhering to
compliance requirements
Initiate contact with patients to pre-register and schedule
appointments
Communicate insurance benefits, estimated costs, and payment
options to patients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Three plus years of experience in customer service, preferably in a
healthcare environment
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly
and accurately
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
