A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist (Contact Center, Call Monitoring).
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate call, text, and email interactions to provide actionable feedback for performance improvement
Deliver written reviews and reports related to quality assurance needs across various departments
Participate in quality calibration and ongoing training for quality assurance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience in quality assurance or related field
Ability to provide professionally written actionable feedback
Commitment to supporting the growth of evaluated representatives
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with effective time management skills
