Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored assistance to students and staff, adapting support
to meet operational needs
Manage student inquiries through various channels, ensuring clarity
and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experiences and
resolve complex cases
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of Student Support experience
Proficient in systems such as Salesforce and Genesys
applications
Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
1 or more years of customer service or contact center experience is
preferred
