Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Technology to lead its
technology strategy and platform development for home lending.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a long-term technology strategy focused on
mortgage-lending workflows and AI-driven innovation
Oversee the architecture, implementation, and enhancement of core
lending and servicing platforms
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while ensuring
collaboration across departments
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles,
particularly in the mortgage or fintech domain
Proven success in building and scaling lending platforms within
regulated financial services
Deep familiarity with AI/ML solutions and their applications in
lending processes
Expertise in modern software architectures, microservices, and
cloud platforms
Strong leadership skills with a focus on metrics-driven performance
and team accountability
