Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Technical Writer responsible
for creating clear documentation and knowledge resources for
various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the sole owner of technical documentation, managing efforts
from start to finish
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce user-focused
technical documentation
Create and maintain content in the Salesforce Knowledge system,
ensuring accuracy and alignment with standards
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Technical Writer
B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based content tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Technical Writing certification and Salesforce experience are
strong pluses
