Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional and
Recruiter (per diem).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to fill key technical roles
Enhance brand awareness through sourcing efforts and posting
strategies
Facilitate the full life-cycle interview process and manage
interview calendars
Required Qualifications
Interest and aptitude in understanding job requirements for
technical and non-technical roles
Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment for technical
and non-technical positions
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking
systems
