Key Responsibilities
Leverage HR technology to drive value and results
Establish relationships with stakeholders to enhance diversity and
inclusion
Manage talent transitions and provide coaching on employee
performance issues
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably with hourly employees
Experience using data and analytics to drive outcomes
Preferred SHRM certifications (PHR or SPHR)
