Job Description:

qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104 About
The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU
Resource Team Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM,
Day/Night Rotation, or Straight Nights Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience in a
large hospital (over 200 beds), level 1 trauma License: ND or
compact state RN License Certifications: - BLS - American Heart
Association - ACLS - American Heart Association - NIHSS Must-Have:
- Experience in titrating vasopressor drips - EPIC experience Job
Description: - Manage 1-3 critically ill patients across a variety
of populations including neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma,
medical, and surgical patients - Administer and manage
vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics,
and other titratable drips - Assist with bedside procedures such as
rapid sequence intubation (RSI), external ventricular drain (EVD)
placement, tracheostomy, line placements, and other diagnostic
tests - Utilize various equipment such as Omnicell Automated
Dispensing Cabinet, Aleris IV pumps, MOOG Feeding pumps,
intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), EVD system, Phillips Patient
Monitoring Systems, and the Impella - Call prior to each shift to
receive unit and location assignment across all critical care
departments - Float to all critical care units and potentially
medical-surgical units as needed with nurse-to-patient ratios up to
4:1 - Complete 32 hours of orientation: 8 hours hospital
orientation, 8 hours unit-specific orientation, and more across
related departments - Work every other weekend and holiday; no call
required - Adhere to dress code: Navy scrubs Please ensure all
