Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Contracts to manage the
full lifecycle of contract management within DoD acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, modify, execute, and renew contracts, including master
agreements and statements of work
Negotiate legal terms and scopes of work to ensure quality
assurance
Ensure vendor compliance with policies, procedures, and insurance
requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in contract management
Recent DoD acquisitions contracting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Experience in contract negotiation
