A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Services
focused on assisting patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients and caregivers in accessing company products and
services
Build relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare
professionals to coordinate care
Navigate healthcare insurance and maintain patient confidentiality
while reporting necessary information
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant case management
experience
Experience in a healthcare environment related to orphan or rare
diseases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and
in teams
Knowledge of pharmacy billing, prior authorization, and appeals
processes
