Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee
general accounting functions in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage general accounting functions, including ledger entries and
month-end/year-end closings
Review financial reporting functions and prepare for internal and
external audits
Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights
to senior management
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of public accounting experience or a blend of public and
private industry experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
CPA certification is required
Experience with financial statement preparation and technical
accounting guidance
Prior experience with SOX guidance and internal controls is
preferred
