Job Description:
A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Track team capacity, velocity, and backlog refinement,
communicating progress to teams and management
Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution to enhance team
productivity and promote continuous improvement
Manage program processes, including planning events and aligning
teams to success criteria and milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems,
or related disciplines (technical certification can substitute for
a degree)
Professional Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe
Agilist 6.0 certification
7+ years of relevant experience in Agile and Scrum, managing
cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience in the healthcare or technology industries is
desirable
