Growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize all key digital marketing channels to scale
customer acquisition and retention
Create and lead growth strategies that increase ROAS, CAC
efficiency, and customer lifetime value
Innovate and experiment with A/B testing, creative messaging,
conversion rate optimization, and funnel building
Required Qualifications
Degree or MBA
Experience at a Spotlight Company for at least 3-5 years
Proven success in scaling high-growth brands through digital
marketing strategies
Expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
across various digital channels
Understanding of health and wellness consumers, particularly
women
