Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting
operations and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the monthly financial close process ensuring compliance
with GAAP and statutory accounting
Develop plans to automate financial systems and processes,
including reporting and tax compliance
Manage annual audit and tax compliance efforts while maintaining
relationships with external auditors and consultants
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
10 years of progressive work experience in accounting, including 2+
years in a Corporate Controller role
Experience in statutory accounting
Previous experience in a health insurance organization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience
is a plus
