This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects of our industry. The VP of Engineering will be responsible for managing engineering teams, driving innovation, and delivering world-class solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

• You own the technical architecture and quality of the product, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Your evaluation of emerging technologies and trends determines how they could be applied to enhance product offerings.
• You oversee engineering teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Developing and implementing the engineering strategy supports the company's long-term goals.

  • You have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • You have gained 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP, Director, or similar).
  • Experience in the Automation industry is desired.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and continuous integration practices is desired.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with Agile and other software development methodologies.
  • You have a strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and modern technologies.
  • You have proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Your demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality products on time showcases your capabilities.
  • Displaying strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead engineering teams is essential.
